Chenin Blanc is an adaptive variety that originated in the Loire Valley of France. Grown by the Brini Family in Blewitt Springs, a deep sandy soiled site.

Barrel fermented and kept on lees for 6 weeks. This Chenin is a medium bodied textured wine with juicy stone fruit and a soft finish. The perfect wine to be accompanied with a fresh seafood dish.
